How to feed so many humans with finite resources on a single planet? Food policy in the 20th century was characterized by the industrialization of agriculture. Industrialists feed the masses but this was done at the expense of quality and taste. In reaction, the current of organic meaning to natural products, to local breeding and to the traceability of meat.

Meat = quality and taste. The solution is not to become all VEGAN, even if we need to respect the animal condition better and no longer see animals suffer to satisfy a carnivorous need. We must rethink the economic model of breeding by promoting a short circuit to reward the breeder. Meat must have a price, the cost of meat must cover its fixed costs and allow the farmer to make a decent living. He feeds us.
